These Terms and Conditions (“Terms”) govern the provision of tree care, removal, trimming, stump grinding, and other related services (“Services”) by All Wisconsin Tree Services, LLC (“Company,” “we,” “our,” or “us”) to clients (“Customer,” “you,” or “your”) in the State of Wisconsin, USA. By hiring our Services, you agree to these Terms.

1. Services Provided

  • Tree trimming and pruning

  • Tree removal

  • Stump grinding and removal

  • Storm damage cleanup

  • Emergency tree services

A written estimate will be provided before work begins. Any additional work requested outside the scope of the estimate may incur additional charges.

2. Estimates and Payments

  • Estimates are valid for 30 days from the date issued.

  • A deposit may be required before scheduling the service.

  • Final payment is due upon completion of the Services, unless otherwise agreed in writing.

  • We accept cash, check, or approved electronic payment methods.

Late payments may incur interest or collection fees as allowed by Wisconsin law.

3. Scheduling and Cancellations

  • Services will be scheduled based on availability, weather conditions, and safety considerations.

  • If you need to cancel or reschedule, 48 hours’ notice is required.

  • Cancellations without proper notice may result in a cancellation fee.

4. Property Access and Responsibility

  • Service providers (e.g., payment processors, email services)

  • Legal authorities if required by law or to protect our legal rights

5. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to update these Terms at any time. Updated versions will be posted on our website or provided upon request.
